Best Travel Dresses - Comfortable and Stylish

7 Amazingly Comfortable (and Stylish!) Travel Dresses

Packing for a short vacation or long-term travel can be a daunting task! You need to consider the culture (i.e. being required to cover up in very conservative countries), the weather, and what activities you’ll be doing during your trip.

I have been on the road for over two years now and love having a few comfortable, lightweight maxi dresses in my bag. They are more comfortable in really hot temperatures, look great in photos, and are perfect because they cover my knees and shoulders so I can enter temples and religious sites with no issues.

When shopping for the best dresses for travel, you’ll want to consider a few things:

  • Will they wrinkle easily in your suitcase?
  • Can they be machine washed and dried?
  • Are they modest enough that they can be worn in religious areas and temples?
  • Will the color and/or pattern hide any sweat marks?
  • Will they take up a lot of room in my bag?

All of those factors will determine whether or not you actually end up wearing the travel dresses that you pack. Read on to see all of my personal favorite comfortable (but also stylish!) dresses for travel.
