  1. To be fair, the construction downtown has left the Hyatt Regency much to be desired. Friends visiting from out of town were so disappointed at how dirty everything was from the elevators to the shower.
    The other lovely place to stay is in the Lexington Green area. The Embassy Suites offered the finest bed I’ve ever slept in. The view of the lake was lovely. One also has the benefit of unique shopping and restaurant experiences. My dog was made to feel just as welcomed as they have designated rooms on the first floor close to the side door for your pets bathroom breaks. Did I mention it is pet friendly? ( for a small fee). Five star place to stay IMO.
