Once you do make contact, you’ll have better luck getting a coveted reservation in the off-season. During the summer months, this popular eatery is pretty booked up, so make your reservations months and months in advance.  

Chef Vola’s is hidden away in the basement of an average home in a residential part of the city. Head inside, and all your efforts will be rewarded by the insanely good homemade Italian fare that makes this place so popular!
